is a national nonprofit organization that places and retains effective teachers in quality K-12 public schools serving low-income communities.
RISE helps teachers with high expectations for underserved students find schools with motivated teams of like-minded educators where they can make a real difference. RISE also helps those schools become more sustainable - keeping effective teachers motivated and retaining them in the classrooms they are needed most.
