- Growing to serve over 1,400 RISE Teachers and 65 Partner Schools– improving life and learning for nearly 30,000 low-income students.
- After 7 years of operation, 71% of RISE Teachers are still teaching in low-income classrooms– whereas up to 70% of teachers in low-income communities leave within their first five years.
- 91% of RISE Teachers plan to stay in the classroom for the same amount of time or a longer period of time than they had originally planned when they entered the teaching profession.
- Of the RISE Teachers who have left the classroom, 33% are still in public education as school administrators, coaches, or graduate students.
- Over 30% of teachers actively seeking new positions on the RISE Network find jobs, whereas less than 1% of candidates on general job search sites are successful.
- 65% of teachers who found jobs through RISE are still working in their school.
- 10% of $650,000 '07 budget will be provided by earned income from Partner School membership and placement revenue.

- Served 60 Partner Schools and over 950 RISE Teachers on $530,000 budget
- 45 RISE Teachers found new jobs at our Partner Schools generating $50,000 in earned income.
